| Bio: | In 2008 my new years resolution (as with many women) was to get healthier, as was a dear friend of mine. So together and with the help of these journals we hope to support each other with the help of these journals. It's not just about weight , it's about supporting all our goals for this year and every year after. It's also a place for me to put my writing and try and get some kind of positive (or even a kind negative) feedback. So, I suppose it's a health journal and a hope journal.
